	May 4 - 7, 2013 Tony, I just wanted to say thank you. The cabin was beautiful and we had a great time during our guys weekend. Only pulled in one hybrid bass but still really enjoyed being out on the lake. It was a trip that will be remembered for a long time to come.

We enjoyed our stay in your cabin very much. It is beautiful here. You provided everything we needed for a wonderful time. Thank you for the puzzles & games (you might consider updating them, but I think the kids enjoyed seeing the games I grew up with.)

Your cabin is extremely clean and comfortable. We only had two very small problems. Even with an engineer in the house we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the TV downstairs or the lights down to the lake. Both minor inconveniences.

The cleaning supplies, spices, breakfast supplies and intial preparation of the cabin were great. There were so many terrifically comfortable places to relax on the porch, on the swings, in the living room and in the down stairs den. The supplies of pots, pans, and dishes were definitely more than adequate. Thank you very much! We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather almost EVERY DAY. Our five year old especially enjoyed the swimming, jumping from the dock and his own TV downstairs.

The whole experience was excellent. The house was wonderful and clean. The fact that it was fully equipped in the kitchen was excellent for cooking. Having the fruit & cereal was a nice and thoughtful touch! Screened in porch and view was very relaxing having your own private dock was nice. The firepit was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay! It was excellent for all our kids very spacious and the fact they had games, darts, foozeball table bade it easy for entertainment. In the words of our 14 year old, “awesome vacation”. Thank you!


	June 23 - 30, 2012 The Maxwell's Paradise as always! We've had a rough 2012 , so this was a divine respite. We enjoyed floating on our floats, jet skiing, and visiting family close by. I want to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. You have a great place. We are ready to plan a return trip.

We really appreciated how well equiped your cabin is from the TVs to the bed linens and kitchen utensils. Your hi-speed WIFI was a huge value to me. My kids loved the bunk beds and foosball. We took advantage of the fire pit and made smores one night. Thanks for the use of your ample supply of firewood. We spent most of our time on the dock swimming with the kids. We rented a ski boat and a jet ski so we used the dock as our base camp for all of our water sports. Thanks for letting me study your lake map. It came in very handy. I left it on the kitchen table.

Thanks again for providing such a great place. We had a wonderful weekend. We will be checking your online calendar to plan another trip this year.

We had a nice, relaxing week! The weather was perfect, the lake water was warm & best of all - we practically had the lake to ourselves!
The view from you roperty is quite beautiful & imagine it's even better when the leaves fall from the trees. Everything we wanted to do (besides lake activities) was relatively close by. We did white water rafting on the Nantahala - highly recommend the PADDLE INN!! Only takes about 45 minutes from the cabin.
Thank you for the thoughtful welcome gifts - the yummy cereal did not last long! Your desire and willingness to help our vacation to be an enjoyable and relaxing one was much appreciated!

Had a great stay, it was so nice to be so close to the water. House felt very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchenware and utensils. It was great to have wireless and cable T.V.
The dock was awesome! Plenty of room to lay out, fish, etc. Having covered storage for the boat was great.

We really enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful week - we all had a great time & will take home many fond memories. We loved the luxurious bedding and succulent towels. What a treat to not have to pack our own & unpack & make beds! We brought most of our own meals, so very little cooking. Our delivery from Papa's was yummy... highly recommend their food. Super mementos from the little shop before the one lane bridge - great selections of different


		items & not overpriced. Our 6 year old son, Ryan quickly became the foozball champ. The dock is top notch - Scott & Robby caught sunfish & a small perch on the 1st day. Firepit was a special place - but I think the kids highlight was catching tree frogs & exploring the grounds.

	July 2 - 9, 2011 The Leskovecs Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven! We had a very relaxing time. Enjoyed your dock. We swam and boated everyday. Awesome fire pit, great foosball table, fabulous library. So much to do. Too little time. Not much to improve. It is very neat and clean You very possibly have the best view on the lake! We would love to return and will be telling our friends all about how wonderful it is here. Please thank your neighbors for the use of their boat ramp it made loading our canoe much easier. They also put on a great fireworks display!!


	June 18 - 25, 2011 Kyle (9 years old) I had so much fun at your cabin! I like going for boat rides. We had a fire and smores. I also liked playing monopoly. We rented a pontoon boat for four hours. We swam from the boat. We went tubing in Helen. We also walked up Ruby Falls. I loved our stay at the this cabin.

Your house is beautiful! We love the land - We spent 1 whole day lazing on the dock and playing hide and go seek in the woods and on the beach. We visited the cows - twice! and we made friends with the donkey, who we named Turnip.
There are so many delights around the house. We went to a glass-blowing gallery. We hiked the Jackrabbit trails.

	October 13 - 16, 2010 Jenny We came hoping to see fall colors, and we were rewarded with beautiful reds and yellows. We watched the mist rise from the lake every morning and enjoyed the clear views and the sunshine everyday. We used all the outside areas and loved the different views from each

one. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We were happy to watch Clemson beat Maryland on the big screen downstairs and we did a lot of chatting and a lot of reading on the screen porch.

This place was the perfect place for our fall getaway!

	September 19-24, 2010 The Coles Dear Sengers: Thank you very much for sharing your cabin with us. The view was awesome, the privacy was appreciated, and the location - perfect! We spent most of our days boating on this beautiful lake and your dock was great.

We also took some time to mountain bike at Jackrabbit State Park. We’d highly recommend it as there are nice trails in there. We went whitewater rafting too at the NOC! That was a high point for all of us... especially our 7-year old.

The cabin was perfect: secluded & tucked away. The firepit got good use as did your foosball table. Thanks for helping us make this one of our best (relaxing) vacations.

We enjoyed your beautiful cabin, the incredible mountain lake setting, the front porch rockers and hummingbirds, the swing by the water, meals overlooking the lake, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and so much more. (The only negative was uncooperative fish, but I don't imagine you have much control over that!) My daughter posted a webcam photo of me kayaking on the lake on FaceBook...proof of our wonderful get-away.

“I received the deposit today. Thanks, we had a great time at the cabin. I don’t think I relaxed that much in a very long time and it was very much overdue. Everyone enjoyed the great fishing. Most all the fish that we caught was right there in the cove. We had a great fish fry at the end of the week. We only had a small boat but the five of us got in and cruised the lake twice while we were there. The lake, the views, everything was just wonderful. Anyone that visits the cabin will really be happy that they booked with you. I will have my sister send the pictures of the fish we caught so you can put them on the website.

“I stayed at hidden cove with my boyfriend when he surprised me with a getaway in the late winter - what a great place! Even though the weather was a bit chilly it was a great place to cozy up - we stayed warm at the firepit (my new favorite place for a glass of wine at sunset) and enjoyed watching DVDs on the big screen TV downstairs. I needed the wireless internet to stay connected to work and I really appreciated sitting on the back porch overlooking the water with my breakfast in the fresh air and still having wifi!!!! If you have kids there would be loads to do - a whole entertainment room downstairs plus the lake - but for a romantic twosome it was really perfect. I love to cook and really appreciated the kitchen, which frankly is nicer and


	better equipped than my apartment kitchen back home. I was really impressed that my boyfriend picked a cabin instead of a hotel this year for our getaway, I am wishing I was having a morning coffee on the dock of the lake right now.”

“My husband and I have stayed in many different cabins in the North Georgia/Western North Carolina area, some very nice, some less than nice. I would definitely rate this cabin among the very top in regard to a luxurious, self-indulgent experience. While it is beautifully decorated, it is also family friendly, its surroundings making you feel like you can sit back and feel comfortable instead of afraid that you may tousle something. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and while you are peacefully located in the pristine, country atmosphere, there are distant, quiet houses around the lake that make you feel safe and not isolated in unfamiliar territory. In other words, you won't have any type of "Deliverance" fears in this cabin. The only negative experience that I had was that I could never master the dartboard game in the basement; my husband beat me at the game so repeatedly that I did not even feel up to trying the foozeball table though I am sure any guest's children or grownup would love it. About ten minutes nearby, in case of a rainy day, there is a lovely place on a hill named Funland that shows family-friendly movies and also houses an arcade for the youngsters. Also, try the Scarlet O' Hara-themed Daniel's Steakhouse nearby in Hiawassee; it is a delightful treat and offers a very reasonably-priced buffet. As you can tell, we hope to return to this cabin soon. My husband picked a good one this time for our anniversary, even if he did beat me at darts!”

“I throughly enjoyed Hidden Cove Cabin. The cabin is utilized very well and clean and confortable. I especially loved the porches and outdoor spaces. “I loved this place. I went alone to get away and relax. The views are great and it is very quiet. Nice covered dock - helped me in the rain one day. They have everything you might need. The dish TV is a great plus. The final touch, which actually happened when I arrived, was milk, bread, fruit, and cereal for the next morning with a note from the owners. Don't know if they do that all the time, but it was a very nice touch.”

“This was my first VRBO rental so I was a bit apprehensive. But let me say first and foremost that the owners of this property are very great to deal with. From beginning to end they were available for any and all questions I had (and I had plenty!). So if you're a first time renter, and looking for a trustworthy place to stay this is definately it, Kudo's to the owner. This place has the best of both worlds, a quiet hidden location away from all the hassles of everyday life. But yet with all the amenities you've grown used to. Its a two story building (the main area is on the first floor) and then there's a decked out basement area. Place has DirectTV for those who need to stay tuned, it has wireless internet access (which was

a must-have for me) and it is directly on a beautiful cove quiet of Lake Chatuge. Spent every evening on the lake fishing, and with a brand new dual slip dock, covered, it was great to fish or just feed the hords of little fish at the end of the dock. Cabin has washer and dryer and the AC works great for those warm summer days. And what was a great plus for us is its right in the middle of the gem/mining community so we visited all the great gem/bead shows in Franklin, NC and sorrounding areas. Location is mid way between Helen, Ga (replica Bavarian villiage) and Gatlinburg, Tn (Great tourist stop, including home of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge). Close to Rapids, Directly on the lake for Fishing, close to Mineral Mines, and QUIET! (with the exception of an occasional MOO from the cows 1/8 mile away).”

“I love this place! I would move in permanently if I could. I love the ability to go out the back door, walk down to the lake and go fishing anytime of the day. I caught a beautiful trout right off the awesome dock. We have two small kids who were 5 and 2 this spring when we were there and they spent hours on the sandy beach. We could fish off the dock while they played safely on what felt like our own private beach. While fishing in the bay, I caught largemouth bass, perch, bluegill and trout. FUN! The house is beautiful and very accommodating for a family. I enjoyed the full kitchen and we had everything we needed. It was such a tranquil and serene place to be inside and out. Although we can’t move in permanently, we definitely plan to take our next vacation there to Hidden Cove cabin.”
