Reservation Policies

GENERAL

Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am

Reservations are made on a “first come-first served” basis. Calendar is updated daily. Reservations are not final until confirmation has been delivered.

A Reservation Deposit of $300 is required to confirm your selected dates. This amount will be converted into a security deposit once the full rental amount has been received.

The full rental amount is due a minimum of 30 days prior to the first date of your reservation.

Detailed directions and the security code for the lock box will be mailed or e-mailed at that time.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

SECURITY DEPOSIT covers damage, missing property, excessive cleaning and any indication that pets were present.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND CHECK (less any charges) mailed within three days of departure.

CANCELLATIONS

More than 30 days notice before scheduled arrival date:

Full refund

A 75% credit will be toward a future visit if used in the next 12 months

No refund.

Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if the full rental amount is not received more than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled rental, unless special arrangements are made in advance.   Reserved nights will then be available to those guests on the waiting list.

PETS

No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets being present will mean the FORFEITURE of the ENTIRE security deposit.
