	Cabin Rental Rates

Quiet Season - Perfect and Peaceful (Jan 1 - May 25, 2012)
   (Nov 3 - Dec 31, 2012)
   $165 per night with a 3 night minimum rental
   or book a full week and get two nights free - Just $825
   Special short weekend option - 2 nights for $350

High Season - (May 26, 2012 - November 3, 2012)
$235 per night with a 3 night minimum rental
or book a full week and get two nights free - Just $1175

Peak Season - (June 23, 2012 - August 4th, 2012)
$1,499 per week, Saturday to Saturday, weekly only

Holiday - 4th of July & Labor Day - (June 30 - July 7 & Sept 1 - Sept 8)
$1,699 per week, Saturday to Saturday, weekly only

Monthly Rental (4 weeks) - pay for 3 weeks get the 4th week FREE

	Cabin Reservation Policies


	GENERAL Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am Reservations are made on a “first come-first served” basis. 10.75% State Sales and Lodging Tax applies to all rentals under 90 days

A Reservation Deposit of $300 is required to confirm your selected dates. This amount will be converted into a security deposit once the full rental amount has been received. (For guests staying for one month or longer, the reservation deposit is $600 per month rented.)

The full rental amount is due a minimum of 45 days prior to the first date of your reservation.*

Detailed directions and the security code for the lock box will be mailed or e-mailed at that time.



	SECURITY DEPOSIT SECURITY DEPOSIT covers damage, missing property, excessive cleaning and any indication that pets were present. SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND (less any charges for damage) will be issued within three days of departure. If a credit card was used, the amount will refunded to your card.

	PETS Sorry, no pets allowed. Any evidence of pets being present will mean the FORFEITURE of the ENTIRE security deposit. Click here for some local petboarding options.

	CANCELLATIONS More than 45 days notice before scheduled arrival date: 30 to 45 days notice before scheduled arrival date: Less than 30 days notice before scheduled arrival date:

			Full refund (less $30 for processing) 75% refund No refund.

*Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if the full rental amount is not received more than 45 days prior to the first day of the scheduled rental, unless special arrangements are made in advance. Reserved nights will then be available to those guests on the waiting list.

Monthly special is based on the average rental rate over the weeks requested.

Hidden Cove Lakefront Cabin is a 3 bedroom lake front vacation cottage on the shores of Lake Chatuge.
The cabin is nestled in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, just two miles from the north Georgia border.
The cabin is located only 6 miles from the quaint mountain towns of Hayesville, NC and Hiawassee GA,
